We are no longer able to perform ear syringing and refer cases of wound dressing and post-op stitch removal to the nursing team at the Sudbury hub. Ask at reception for help with recommendations and referrals for these issues.

Reviews Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications and a notification should appear on your repeat slip.

The Administrative Request Consent Form MUST be signed for all Letter and Form requests.
